So…for this Bboy Foundation, what’s the difference between this and Toprock & Footwork class? And I don’t see any Toprock & Footwork class in the Subang schedule. Could you give me more details and prices about both classes? Include the powermoves class as well.
in the foundation class, the student will be taught the following.
1.basic body conditioning-strength, flexibility, core n balance
2. basic freezes -head, shoulder, elbow, chair etc
3. the top rock n footwork here will be more basic and straightforward-basic footwork exercises…the six step, four/five step, scrambles, cc, hook, sling..
In the footrwork n top rock classes..its gets more specific n detailed..
1. toprock variations get more advanced with ALOT of varations of one move,..
2. alot of drops will be taught
3. footwork is more advanced eg..hook walk, pretzels, peter pan combo, cc variations, travelling, hop
ups..slopes..floorrockin..
4. LOTS of exercises to improve ur footwork speed n transitions..
